All units are fully self contained and all apartments are individulally furnished and decorated for your comfort. Santa Fe by the Broadwater are proud to be a 3 1/2 star certified Healthy Hotel.  Not only can you enjoy the spoils of the broadwater, the cafes, restuarants and bars along Marine Pde, Santa Fe is perfectly positioned, just a short stroll to watersports activities, parks and playgrounds. Public transport is at the front door and Harbourtown shopping is just down the road. The many coffee shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

About our Building

Santa Fe by the Broadwater primary activity is as a holiday complex servicing the short term holiday market. We have a total of 18 units and permanent rent only a few. All tenants must comply with the body corporate by laws and be respectfull of other guests and holiday makers. We offer personalised service from our onsite office enjoy a good relationship with our current tenants and guests.

Santa Fe by the Broadwater features include a spa, pool, bbq facilities and secure parking.
