Can anybody register as a subscriber? No this site is exclusively for Onsite Managers;

What do we need to provide to be a subscriber? only some photos of your property and a description. we do the rest;

Do I need a new email address? No we redirect all email enquiries to your current email address;

Do you charge to be a subscriber? Yes the cost for your subscription is only $1.00 per day, plus a once only set up fee of $88.00;

Is there a minimum subscription period? Yes a minimum of 12 months (paid in advance);

Can I choose only to use the property rental section? Yes you will have access to both rentals and sales, you choose which or both you would like to use, keep in mind you do require a sales certificate or licence to sell real estate;

What other websites and third party portals can I find my listings? You will find them on all of Australia leading property websites such as realestate.com.au; domain.com.au; homehound.com.au; myhome.com.au; rent.com.au; yourproperty.com.au; google base realestate.com; and others;

For Landlords and Investors

Why rent via the onsite manager? The onsite Manager has purchased the Management Rights to your complex, they will work hard to ensure that both your investment and you are looked after the best you possibly can be.

What are the benefits of the onsite manager? Nobody knows your unit and your building or complex like your onsite Manager. They are idealy positioned to deal with all the day to day management of both your investment and the building. Having your property manager onsite with a vested interest in your complex is worth plenty to any professional investor.

What if I like to put my unit in the letting pool with the onsite manager, what do I do? Make contact with your onsite Manager and let them know of you intention, they will take care of the paper work and advise you along the way.

For Tenants

Can I submit an rental application online? No, it is a requirement by law to have all applications signed.

Can I place my name on a short list of a building on this site? Yes, just email the onsite Manager and they will contact you when a vacancy becomes available.

Is renting through a managed complex different to an estate agency? No the paperwork is the same, but your experience will be more enjoyable as your property manager is readily available onsite.
